Effluents generated from process and domestic use are treated separately in various stages of effluent treatment plant.

The effluent treatment plants comprises facility of chemical followed by biological treatment.

Process effluent, collected in oil separation tank, is treated with acid to separate the oils/ wax. Treated water flows by gravity to storage tank and subjected to pH correction & coagulation/ flocculation. The water passed through plate settler to remove the chemical sludge which is collected in " Sludge drying beds".

Septic Tank Effluent (Sewage) is also joined at biological treatment stage.

After flow measurement by V- Notch the treated effluent cum Sewage applied on own land for irrigation.
